Shipping Policy

At The Mane Society, we know you want your order to arrive as quickly and safely as possible. All UK orders are carefully prepared and dispatched using Royal Mail, with Standard and Express delivery options available at checkout.

Processing Your Order

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1 working day , same day dispatch is available on orders before 3pm.

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, new product launches or promotional events, dispatch may take slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

UK Standard Delivery

Our Standard Delivery service is sent via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. Please remember that delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

UK Express Delivery

Need your Mane Society essentials sooner? Select Express Delivery at checkout.

Express orders are sent using our faster Royal Mail delivery option. Estimated delivery times and the applicable delivery charge will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is included with your selected delivery service, your tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.

The Mane Society cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied at checkout.

Delayed or Missing Orders

Although we work with Royal Mail to provide a reliable delivery service, occasional delays can occur once a parcel has left us.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to help investigate your delivery.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it. Please include your order number along with photographs of the parcel and affected products so that we can assist you.
